PROCESSING


We specialize in cassava processing using a series of techniques and operations to transform raw cassava roots. our process:

Harvesting: Cassava roots are harvested when they are mature and ready for processing. The roots are then transported to the processing site


Cleaning and washing: The harvested roots are thoroughly washed to remove dirt, sand, and other impurities


Peeling: The outer skin of the cassava roots is remove


Grating or crushing: The peeled cassava roots are grated or crushed using a mechanical grater. This process helps to break down the cell walls and release the starch.


Pressing: The grated cassava pulp is pressed using a hydraulic press to extract the liquid.


Fermentation: The extracted liquid is left to ferment for a period of 1 and 3 days.


Drying: The fermented pulp is then dried to reduce the moisture content.


Milling: The dried cassava flour is milled into a fine powder using our hammer mill.


Packaging: The final product is packaged in bags or other containers and shipped to markets or customers.
