Dr. Olayinka Fowowe, CEO

Dr. Olayinka Fowowe is the Chief Executive Officer here at Yinyoco Global Agrotech Solutions. A well respected corporate strategist and multi disciplinary professional, with a record of executing changes that have driven businesses to attain organizational goals. He is responsible for developing strategic and innovative solutions that increase profit and improve overall business performance and efficiencies.

As a professional, Dr. Fowowe and his management team has been instrumental in the guidance of pharmacy operations of various health systems including Cardinal Health Pharmacy Management, HCA Healthcare, and Bon Secours Mercy Health. His experience helped optimize the performance of the pharmacy operations through effective staff management and clinical drug management to align organizational mission-vision statements, reduce re-occurrence of patient admission and save millions of dollars in medication management.

His leadership prowess spans across several industries where skills and a passion for success have been critical in his organizational planning and analysis to leverage resources for strategic growth and financial success.

Dr Olayinka Fowowe served in the United States Navy. He is a trained Clinical Pharmacist with a Doctorate degree from Hampton university, Hampton Virginia followed by a Healthcare management Residency at Riverside Medical Center. Other schools he attended include Long Island University Brooklyn New York and San Diego Community College California.

Engr. Phil Adeliyi, Director

Phil Adeliyi Is our Head of Business Technology. Technology is his forte and strategic business transformation is his unending obsession. In a career journey spanning over 20 years, Phil has spent time executing and leading technology, operations, strategy and project delivery organizations. He has cumulative experience across multiple industries and geographies and is an astute delivery leader - having worked in two Fortune 100 Companies.

Trained as a mechanical engineer, Phil branched out early in his career into software engineering before moving into project management, business strategy and product development and delivery management becoming one of the leading proponents of today’s modern project management and agile delivery framework. He has led technological and operational delivery of multi-billion dollar products and projects in the United States.

He has had the joy and the privilege of working professionally in Africa, Europe and the United States where he led different organizations and managed their business technology and transformation journey.


Phil graduated from the University of Lagos, Akoka- Yaba, Lagos where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the ULES Engineer Magazine and also President of the Departmental Engineering Society. He was also the Founder and Pioneering President of the National Youth Reorientation Movement in NIgeria. He holds a Masters of Engineering Management degree from Wichita State University, Kansas, U.S.A.

Otunba. Gabriel .E. Ogunsanya , Director

Otunba (Dr) Gabriel Emiola Ogunsanya can best be described as a colossus in the agricultural sector; having been engaged as a farmer, processor and marketer in the industry and its value chain for over six decades. An industry that has taken him to most continents of the world in both his private and official capacities.

Otunba has represented Nigeria at several agricultural conferences, meetings, events, trade-fairs, negotiations etc. and has interfaced with other juggernauts around the world. His organization was also the first of its kind to process Cat fish in the country and he is the pioneer president of the National Fish Association of Nigeria (NFAN).

He is the founder of the College of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Technology (CAFFTECH). He is a member Board of Trustee of the following associations:
- Commercial Dairy Ranchers Association of Nigeria (CODARAN)
- National Groundnut Producers, Processors and Marketers of Nigeria (NGROPPMAN).
- Southwest Farmers Association of Nigeria (SWEFAN)
- Agricultural Traders Welfare Association (ATWA)
